School Important Rules
Admission requirements:
1) Pre – school = Form B or Birth Certificate + 2 photos
2) Class 1 – 8th = SLC + 2 Photos
3) Class 9th = Migration certificate + SLC + DMC + 8 photos
4) Class 10th = Migration certificate + SLC + DMC + 8 photos
5) Inter: I + II = Provisional and character certificate + DMC + 8 Photos + Migration
6) certificate (If HSSC / SSC done from other than Peshawar. Board)
Provisional Admission:
1) May be granted in class 9th to 12th.
2) With full admission dues + monthly tuition fee.
3) All rules (of discipline, attendance, dues and home Exam) shall apply.
4) WMSC shall bear no responsibility for enrollment and Exam at BISE Peshawar.
5) No admission test is required, only to be interviewed by Head.
Concession to Real Brother / Sister of WARSAKIANS:
10% in admission fee and monthly tuition fee except transport charges and Annual fund are granted automatically at admission counters.
Late Comer Students:
1) Till start of national anthem students can join assembly directly without going to class rooms.
2) Up to 15 mins after off of assembly, late comers are allowed to class after receiving
of punishment (3/5 rounds running with bags up).
3) More than 15 minutes late joiner to be punished 10 / 15 rounds and to be allowed to class at start of 2nd lesson.
Detained Students:
i. Detained students shall not be allowed until their parents /guardians signing the undertaking. Better it be done before result day or upto one week after result day.
ii. Detained student forms shall not be sent to BISE Peshawar.
iii. The detained students forms shall be sent to BISE after passing the pre-board exam with the board fee of that time.
iv. If parents / guardians shall not sign undertaking till one week after result day the detained students shall be SOR and parents shall be informed through registered post &phonic massage.
Absentee of Student in Exam:
1) Absent students will be declared as failed.
2) Students on leave (on unavoidable reason) either to be re-examined or shall be considered at the level of previous exam he / she appeared in.
RULES FOR STUDENTS:
WMSC Uniform Rules:
(a) COMPULSORY
i. Complete WMSC uniform of prescribed color and shades and approved design.
ii. Crew cut hair, polished shoes cut nails and brushed teeth, students name card,
stitched (WMSC) on shirt and blazer (pockets).
(b) NOT ALLOWED
• High necks, caps, muffler, jeans, joggers, neck chains, hand bangles (male students)
• Loose lowered tie knots, open buttons and shirt out of trouser (male students).
• Tight Shalwar Qamees, high chalks, makeup, lipstick, cuties, high heels shoes,
jewelry, long nails, intense perfumes, open hair, boy-cut hairs (female).
(c) FINE
• Rs. 50 – 100 may be imposed on violation.
(f) SEQUENCE
• Winter uniform begins with blazer instead of pullover.
(g) SPECIAL DAYS AND EVENTS………….Complete uniform is must in: –
i. BISE exams of SSC + HSSC (theory + practicals, morning + evenings)
ii. Study tours, picnics and WMSC functions.
iii. All sort of competition out side WMSC.
NOTE: Shirt of boys shall remain half sleeves both in winter as well as in summer.

Absentee and Fine:
i. A student remains absent without application (approved one) to be considered as absent.
ii. A student with next day application but failed to give valid reason and proof shall be considered as absent.
iii. M.C may be rejected if found false
ABSENTEE FINES: ——- Class teacher shall prepare no. of absentees and amount of
absentee fine on monthly basis and send to the head.

SOS / Suspension of Student Ship:
A student can be SOS if found: –
i. Absent for 5 days continuously or on different days within a month.
ii. Runaway from WMSC.
iii. Using abusive language with fellow students.
iv. A proved theft.
v. Dues default of more than 3 months.
vi. Using WMSC transport with out paying transport charges (cheating)
vii. The parents / guardians of detained students who fail to attend WMSC for undertaking after 6 days of result.
RESTORATION:
i. Parents / declared guardians to visit WMSC and to sign undertaking.
ii. To deposit restoration fine alongwith other outstanding dues and fines or damage charges.

SOR / Struck of the Roll:
1. Grounds for SOR:
i. SOS students who fail to restore SOS status within 10 days of the date of SOS.
ii. Fighting with fellow students inside, out side WMSC or within WMSC transport or at
bus stop. (single or gangestic)
iii. Serious disobedience of teacher.
iv. Giving serious damage to WMSC property.
v. Bringing arms, poisonous chemicals / medicines or drugs.
vi. Involves in henious crime.
vii. Involves in political, sectarian or racial activities.
viii. Leading students joint representation.
ix. Creating / causing hurdles and disturbance in examination.
2. RESTORATION ………….. Re – Admission:
i. Principal has the authority to allow or refuse the re-admission.
ii. In case of permission.
(a) Parents to submit affidavit on judicial stamp paper (of Rs. 30/-) duly
counter-signed by oath-commissioner.
(b) To deposit:
NOTE: SOR students no more remain as WMSC’s students. Their parents are called on phone and issue letter through registered post for collecting S.L.C after clearance of all dues.
Uniform and Hygiene:
i. Every student ought to be in complete WMSC uniform as notified and announced at different times during all WMSC days, events, picnics and study tours except when relaxation is notified by the principal.
ii. Perfect uniform means all necessary uniform items i.e. trouser, blazer, shirts, pullover, tie, shoes, socks, WMSC plate, Doppatta, Chadar and ribbons of prescribed colour, shades and stitching design. No violation is permitted in any case and is punishable as below, winter uniform begins with wearing of blazer instead of pullover.
1. Minor Imperfection:
Full sleeves, minor different socks shades, tie knots, dirtiness, non-polished shoes,
slight defective stitching, ribbon.
Punishment: 2 – 5 cyclic rounds and / or fine uptoRs. 20/-
2. Major Imperfection:
Different shades, colours and stitching.
Punishment: Fine upto Rs. 50/-
NOTE:
i. High neck, caps, Mufflers, neck chains, gold, expensive watches, high chalks (female) tight Shalwar-Qamees, high heels joggers, makeup, gold rings are not allowed.
ii. Complete uniform is compulsory in BISE Exams and practicals too.
HYGIENE:
i. Crew cut hair (boys), Ribboned hair (girls upto 4th) and clipped hair (girls 5th onward)
ii. Proper cut nails, clean teeth and ears, as well as the whole body.
NOTE: Uniform and hygiene must be checked by C. teacher weekly and principal and heads monthly at random.
